We love being able to reduce the cost of the tests when we can. Each scenario is different but we are typically able to lower cost based on the number of orders within a set time. If possible, requesting multiples in the same day would reduce the cost of them as well.

We are always open to ideas as well.

We can accommodate a wide variety of options to choose from. Free preferred client accounts with monthly payments., traditional invoicing option or immediate payment over the phone or computer.

Testing results provided before we leave the property. If any issues arises we want to help you find quick solutions. We prefer to avoid re-inspection fees as well. We want you focused on the next project!

As long as it’s not a pattern, if a property fails the initial test we prefer to waive the $150 re-inspection fee. We just hope the solution was an inexpensive fix from your end.

We will also try to accommodate rush orders without increasing the fee.
